摘要: 超声睫状体成形术(ultrasound cycloplasty,UCP)是难治性青光眼可供选择的治疗术式。UCP装置简单,学习曲线低,操作便利。UCP具有双重降眼压机制,通过高强度聚焦超声(high\|intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU),可显著降低睫状体房水分泌量,同时通过增加房水葡萄膜巩膜途径的流出降低眼压。因此对各类型青光眼均有一定的治疗效果,并且安全性高。(国际眼科纵览, 2020, 44: 150-156)

Abstract: Ultrasound cycloplasty (UCP) is an alternative treatment for refractory glaucoma, which is simple, easy\|learning and convenient. UCP has a dual antihypertensive mechanism. Based on high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU), it can reduce intraocular pressure by decreasing aqueous humour production of the ciliary body, and by increasing in aqueous outflow via the uveoscleral pathway. Therefore, it has an ideal therapeutic effect on various types of glaucoma with the characteristic of high safety.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2020, 44:150-156)
